SEMI & PRIVATE INSTRUCTION
Philosophy
My philosophy is not to 'fix' things, but that I teach you ways to help yourself feel better in your body through your yoga practice. In my years as a yoga teacher, I have supported and aided students in modifying for concerns such as fibromyalgia, back pain/disc herniation, spondylolisthesis and scoliosis, arthritis and osteoporosis, joint replacement/repair, carpel-tunnel syndrome and other repetitive strain injuries.
Experience
Format - One-on-one or up to 3 people (larger than 3 is a class format).
Locations - Studio, gym, office or home in Philadelphia.
Scheduling - I am currently accepting new clients Monday - Friday before 5 p.m.
Duration - Lessons 60-120 minutes.
Gift - Weekly private clients are invited my gentle yoga classes for free.
