My mission is to share accessible yoga that supports my students in achieving greater health, strength in body, ease of mind and lightness of heart.
I aim to provide rich contemplative learning experiences - from simple tools for everyday movement awareness to more challenging full body confidence building practices.
I teach to the needs of those present, and make sure that the class is safe while encouraging students to be challenged.
I began teaching dance in my teens, earned a BFA in Dance and first yoga certifications in my 20's. Still, my studies continue...
